Order Submission

1. Click Here to download the Purchase Order Request Template.
2. Complete the Purchase Order Template and email the completed template to info@polinkshirts.com
3. Orders are typically reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
4. Once the order is processed, an invoice will be emailed to you with a link to complete payment.
5. After payment is received, the order is sent for fulfillment.
6. Depending on the size of the order, fulfillment times can vary and are not guaranteed.  Fulfillment typically takes 3-8 business days to complete and be prepared for shipment.
7. Items are shipped from Los Angeles, California  If you require expedited shipping, let us know when you submit your order.  You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when the order has been prepared for shipment.

IMPORTANT! - If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before fulfillment begins, so contact us as soon as possible at info@polinkshirts.com to see if it can be canceled.  Once fulfillment has started, cancellation requests will be subject to the Returns section outlined in the Reseller Agreement, and therefore subject to restocking fees.

Not all products available for retail purchase through polinkshirts.com are available via Wholesale.  If there is a particular style, color, or feature you would like that is not part of the Purchase Order Template, please contact us at info@polinkshirts.com to discuss if we may be able to make your custom request possible, and what the pricing of that request will be.
